is still very much involved with Circuit Training,
providing a weekly class every Tuesday (except Shrove Tuesday)
in the Bailgate Methodist Church Hall in Lincoln (UK).
The Personal Training element of the business has evolved as a
direct result of the Circuit Training Classes and should you choose
to visit a class or book some Personal Training you will see a
similarity between the two.
Class is run on the lines of Personal Training en mass. The unique
way the class is organised allows exercises to be specifically tailored
to individual clients needs and requirements (allowing for strengths,
weaknesses and injuries) - you need to experience it to believe it!
We even include weight training as well as Reebok Step and other aerobic
exercises in the class!
The latest addition being the new Gymstick
TM which is a simple to use piece of equipment
designed to help tone your body. If you prefer the idea of Personal
Training then you won't be disappointed. Your sessions will begin
with a full consultation which will include a two way conversation
to establish realistic goals for you to achieve all or most of your
needs and requirements.
A full fitness test will follow to establish
your body stats and fitness level. Fitness testing will be carried
out at around 6-8 week intervals to plot your progress (no slacking
then!) with a realistic fitness programme which will take into account
your likes, dislikes, physical restrictions including injuries and
of course your work commitments.
